I posted a message a while back when i first ran my truck. I ran 16.40 @ 80mph with a 2.29 60ft in very very hot and muggy weather. I ran today with 58 degree weather and ran a 15.70 @ 84mph with the same 60ft. Its hard to believe what a weather change can do.

good time cool air really helps as long as you can get traction, 60 foot being time the same show you are hooking up the same both days.

yea it barked the tires taking off at idle. i couldnt stall it hardly because it would break the tires a good bit. with some new tires i might be able to shave .1-.2 at the most if that much. i would be able to take off harder than i was. maybe get a 2.1 60ft. i ran a decent half track, 9.96 1/8th...theres always room for improvement like anything else...
