i was wondering if the trans from a 97+ dakota 318 4x4 5spd would work on my durango with the 360 or wont the 318 and 360 share trannys? if they dont will one from a ram with the 360 work or am i out of luck. ive never seen a 5spd durango and im going to be needing a transmission sooner or later and this may be another option.

only thing i see wrong is the transmission tunnel...
the durango is different on the inside of the cab. It's got some channeling for the rear air between the driver's seats. I do not know if that's in the way of a shifter or not but just wanted to bring it up.
