Subject: engine block IP: Logged
Message: I have a 00 dak 4.7L. I have justed replaced my radiator due to having some fun in the mud. since then approx 1wk later I had my coolant lost and coming out of the exaust and can smell fuel from my radiator cap. was wondering how to diagnose the problem and fix it.

Message: This is bad news. You're getting coolant in to the combustion chamber, and that's never good.
Hopefully, it's just a blown head gasket or leaking intake manifold gasket from overheating. But it could also be a cracked block or head. Start by removing the intake manifold and checking very carefully for leaks into an intake port. But that also usually causes a leak into the valley, and down to the pan. If you don't have water in the oil, the outlook is grim.
But you'll probably have to remove the heads and having them magnafluxed. If all that checks out OK, You'll need to be checking for cracked cylinder walls.
