Do you have any mods, have you ever cleaned the throttle body or changed the plugs or cap and rotor, and how many miles are on it,give me all of that and I can help you,my R/T has a little bit of roughness after I installed the 1.7 roller rockers, but the jacobs ignition, brass cap and rotor, and regular throttle body cleaning and a bottle of fuel injector cleaner(valvoline on both ever 3000 miles)keeps it pretty smooth.

You have to pull out the plunger and clean it. the idle will go right back to normal.

The plunger is logated at the back of the throttle body. If you look at the throttle body you will see the tps on the drivers side. Its black with wires comeing out. At the back there is the plunger also held with 2 screaws. THey are the hex screws. Undo the screaws and pull out the plunger. Get some carb cleaner or fuel injection cleaner in a spray can and spray the plunger really good. Then clean with a rag. BUT BE VERY CARFUL to not twist the plunger. Just wipe very gently till its clean. If you clean to hard you will damage the solinoide. Then with the plunger out spray cleaner in the hole were the plunger goes. Take a clean rag and wipe inside it. Put the plunger back. Then hold the Throttle plates open and spray inside. Then wipe as much up as you can. Try to go very deep in side the throttle body with the cloth. Clean the throttle plates and the side of the throttle body. THen wait about 5 min then start it up. It might be hard to start the first time. After its running for about 20 secs shut of and start again. Now it should idle perfect.

If you really cant find the IAC plunger post your email i will send you a pic of it.
