 Subject: shifting problem

have a problem in third its shifting to early. first and sec shift at 5500 and third is 3800 in drive and over off. i have a transgo kit in it and a vortech blower. i played with the tv cable did not help, what postion should the tv cable be set at cant get it right

With the adjuster pulled out, set the hook end of the cable 1/16 of an inch before it hits the throttle body lever. That is a factory adjustment. Lengthen if you want more delay, shorten if you want a shorter shift.
