Subject: tire size IP: Logged
Message: I currently have the Goodyear Wrangler RT/S tires on my 2002 Dakota Quad Cab 4x4. The tire size is the P265/70R16. I want to put a set of Summit-Trail Climber CT High Traction Radials on. I want to go with the LT265/75R16 tires. Will this tire fit without trimming and or rubbing?

Message: Yes, just fine. Those tires are probably a LT (light truck) tire as opposed to the factory P (passenger) tires. They will be a bit firmer than the stockers...
Height difference is neglegeble...should be a hair over 1/2".
