 Subject: windshield condensation

Hello,
I own a 2001 qc 5.9 auto 2wd and when I turn on the ac i get a small oval spot of condensation on the bottom middle outside of my windshield, i guess that my defrost flap does not quite close off all the way. it gets pretty irritating, i just want to know if this is something I can fix or is it one of those dc design flaws. the condition is probably more severe for being that it is so humid here in charleston sc.

I don't get that with my truck, even on really humid days. May be a problem with your truck.

I get the same "oval" sometimes too. It happens a lot on a humid night with the ac on and no sun to dry the spot. I don`t have a cure but your not alone. It is kind of irritating.
