I wonder if anyone could give me some more information on the following TSBs for a 2000 Dakota with a 4.7L V8?

18-001-01 JAN 01 Engine Performance - Enhancements
18-002-01 JAN 01 Engine - Spark Knock

I'm especially curious about the first one.. Does anyone know exactly what the PCM flash does / what it changes?
