I have mine lifted 5 inches. It's just high enough for me to put my hands on the tailgate while my boyfriend gives it to me from behind.

I got a 92 extended cad 4X4 with a 5.2 and Ax15 5 speed man. 3" body lift 1" lift blocks and cranked up torsion bars.Twin 5X5" K&N air intake no cat dynomax after cat electric fan high volume oil pump centerforce stage 2 clutch rear roll pan 3.92 gears and 31x10.50 on 15x8 new dak rims.

lost count long ago but i have a 97 5.2. i have flow 40 ser. and a k/n filter. i am slowing upgrading it. i love it and would never have a pussy A$$ v 6
