looks like you have either some faulty injectors or wiring. maybe just dirty connections?

Message: The injector codes are, believe it or not, caused by a faulty throttle position sensor. The pcm monitors the injector operation by watching the inductive spikes caused by the injectors opening and closing. The faulty TPS is causing a voltage change (spike) that is so severe that the injectors can not open fast enough, therefore setting these codes. The reflash will make the pcm ignore sudden voltage spikes but the base problem will still be there, possibly causing other problems once it gets worse. I suggest replacing the TPS. It may sound wierd but I have encountered many of these codes on 4.7, 5.2 and 5.9 engines (all use the same TPS) and the TPS has fixed them all. I learned this fix from the chrysler technical assistance center before the pcm reflash TSB was available. It would be VERY unusual for more that one injector to fail electrically, even considering a wiring problem. Only electrical injector faults will cause this code. A plugged injector will not cause and injector code but will usually cause a missfire code (P0300,P0301,P0302ect). A wiring problem could possibly cause this code but you would also have the related cylinder's missfire code also. Hope this helps.

Message: I would go with an OE TPS they are around $70, and you should not have to do the reflash. Happy I could help out!

Message: Pretty easy install, most likely the sensor will come with a couple of o-rings, a gasket and an instruction sheet on which seal to use (usually just the gasket). Hold the sensor in place while opening and closing the throttle to make sure it is properly installed and install the screws. No adjustments are needed. I have read some posts on this site about adjusting the base TPS readings up to a slightly higher voltage by slotting the mounting holes but this is not needed and it is doubtful that you will see any actual performance gains from it. So I would just bolt er down and you will be good to go.
