Went to autozone to have them check my pcm with the DRBII. Came up with Injector #4 circuit open. Could a bad injector do this. Or probally just the wiring. Thanks for any help.

Yes, it could be a bad injector or wiring or just a bad connection. Have you reseated the #4 injector connector? If that doesn't work, use an ohmmeter to measure the resistance of that injector. Very high resistance=open circuit.
