Message: It's kinda a pain in the butt. On either side of the engine, you'll see four flat black things sticking up with wires connected to them. You need to remove the nut that holds them down. I think it's 9MM? Once you remove the nut pull them straight up, the spark plugs are in the hole. Flat black things is best way I can describe them. They are the only things you have four of on each side of the engine. Hope this helps :)

Message: OOPS! You also might have to remove the stock air intake to be able to get to all the spark plugs. I replaced my plugs at the same time I installed a new cold air intake, so it wasn't to hard.

Message: Also don't forget to use compressed air to clean out the dirt/dust that collects down in the plug-well after you remove the coil. Only do one plug at a time so you will minimize the chances of something falling into one of the wells.

Message: What's the salesman talking about, Autolite 5224's??? I thought it was somethin' like 3929's for our 4.7L. What's the difference?
Also, if anyone has tried platinum plugs with the 'quad-tip' on them, let me know what you think.

Message: I used the Bosch +4's in my dak (before the supercharger) and i really liked them. When i pulled them out they looked good as new. Im using autolites right now with my Kenne Bell, and im getting bad ping in the higher rpms. I think im gonna go with some iridium (sp) plugs. I switched to autolites because KB recommended not to use plat. plugs with the supercharger. I dunno, im not to impressed with them for the 4.7. It could be different for the old magnums tho...

Message: I have the Bosch +4's in my 2000 4.7L, and I noticed a small increase in power. The good thing about them is the guarantee, if you don't feel a difference, take them back and they will give you your money back. I thought they were worth the money, and they should last a long time.
