Subject: Dual Exhaust IP: Logged
Message: Hey, i got a 98 Dakota with a 318. it's an extended cab and everything stock exept for a K&N air filter. I was wondering if there is anyway to put a true dual exhaust on my truck. i eventually want to put headers and a cold air intake and a couple other mods as well.
Thnx

Message: Go through GS Motorsports if you have the patience and never expect to get any kind of refund if things don't go right. The system is great, but I think the $$$ would be better spent learning how to weld and doing the whole thing yourself.

Message: Before making the change, be sure and check with the emissions police. Cats and exhaust are controlled by federal regs. They must remain in the stock configuration.
In my area, it's clearly illegal, and they test. 20 miles west of here it's still illegal, but there's no test.
