 Subject: leak detection code

ok this is the third time my leak detection code has popped up. the first time i replaced the hose from the throttle body to the other hoses, the second time i just reset the pcm and it came on for a third time today. it comes on when i shut the truck off when it makes a short hissing noise on the driver side. ive checked up the driver side valve cover and the rest of the evap hoses and i cant find anything cracked or disconnected. any ideas on what could be causing this?
