Where in the heck can I buy a repair manual for a 2000 4.7 Dakota?
I've been to all the auto stores and no one has them. Autozone told me that they haven't been released yet?? What kind of crap is that??
They have to be out there. Can anyone help?

I would recommend the shop manual from Dodge directly. It costs more, but it has EVERYTHING. It is what they use to work on the truck.

I found mine on the 'net - it's the HAYNES manual for 2000 to 2002 Dakota and Durango - all engines...
Sorry - can't remember the site but it's out there. The Haynes manuals aren't the best but they help anyway.

These are the factory manuals, which go into deeper detail than your typical Chiltons, etc. They'll cost something like $125.

As was said above, keep an eye on Ebay as they sometimes have hardcopy of the Factory Service Manual and usually have a CD version floating around. I bought a CD version a couple of years ago for $15.

Ditto on the Ebay thing. Got mine there. It's on CD and convenient as heck. Just print out the pages you need. It's the factory manual too.
