Message: Can someone tellme the best way to change the diff. fluid on a 00 4.7 4x4? I just bought it and want to change it.

Message: You have two choices. Optimally, you should pull the cover off, clean the bottom of the pumpkin, and replace the cover. There is no gasket, use RTV silicone and let sit over night before refilling. If you don't want to get that involved, use a gear oil pump or large syringe and suck all the old oil out.
I used Mobile 1 gear oil, select the weight based on your service/owners manual. Don't forget LSD additive is so equipped.
