likely a leaking gas cap.. have yours pressure tested, or just buy a new one and reset your computer... this can also happen if you refuel with the gas cap off..

Most common way to fix it is check your gas cap. If it is loose it will throw this code.
If that doesnt fix it check for a leak in your evap system.
