Well I am looking into doing some things to my truck. I already have a Cold Air Intake and a Dynomax Ultra Flow muffler. What do you think I should do next?
The truck is a 99 5.2 4x4 slt.

So you've got more air coming in, and more air going out.. how about doing something with all of that? Throttle Body, Cam, Intake Manifold... ? Depends what you want to accomplish.
The exhaust tip will make your truck look prettier, but it won't change the sound unless you end up dragging it on the ground.

two easy bolt ons would be a chip or a underdrive pulley. mixed feelings about the pulley though. the cam and intake are good mods but your into serious labor rates if you cant do the cam swap yourself. chip is an easy answer. rpmoutlet.com wanna wait till i install mine? i'll tell you how it works, i have it sitting on my table. give me a week.

looks: 32x11.50 bfg at w/ some new wheels, body, or suspension lift. (need bigger tires then)
perfromance: a super charger, man, I wish i had one.
BTW----- what exactly does an underdrive pulley do??

Underdrive pulleys reduce the amount of power used from the engine to spin your accessories - A/C compressor, alternator and water pump. They basically spin slower. Average reduction between 15-30%. This frees up a little more hp.
Good 5.2 mods:
M1 intake
Mopar PCM
Crower 1.7 RRs
relocate IAT sensor to intake tube
tune TPS sensor to 0.72v
headers
high flow cat
I think your truck has multiple O2 sensors - get an O2 simm to fool the PCM and free up a little more power.
50mm or 52mm TB - fastman or F&B
If no LSD in the rear, get one and gearing 3.92 or higher.
Electric fan install to remove the clutch fan
If you want to put a cam in, use 1.6 RRs instead. The 1.7s will need Mopar valve covers for clearance, although you can mod the existing ones to make them fit.

i just installed the chip and air intake. i'd say get a cam in there. any suggestions on one. i presume the h.o. cams are worth 20 hp. i do not want a cam that came in some stock engines, badged h.o. or not. anything out there worth 30 hp or so (perhaps just to be better than the next guy)
