Message: Just turned 100,000 miles was wondering what tune up ideas and replacements I should perform. Also need new tires any suggestions? No mods on my truck want to keep it close to original as possible. Furthermore where can I purchase genuine mopar parts?

Message: Just look in the owners manual, and follow the schedule. There's no rocket science here. If it hasn't been done, now's the time.
Obviously, for Dodge parts try the local Dodge dealer ;) There's 2-3 reliable web dealers that will ship stuff to you. Just do a google search. Look for an actual Dodge dealer, not a third party reseller.
As for tires, depends on where you live, what kind of driving you do,and what your budget is. Tires affect performance of the vehicle more than any other single item. Make sure you pick the right tool for the job. The best street drag tire on the market will suck as a desert pre-runner tire.
