I know this is repetitive, but can you get the 'trip computer package' to work in a 2000 Dakota Club Cab that has that retarted clip thing? If anyone has any info on this I would greatly appreciate it.

All I know is the thing is at least a thousand bucks! I was gonna upgrade too but just put a sticker over it instead.
