Subject: Drivebelt tensioner Assy IP: Logged
Message: I have a 1991 Dodge Dakota up in Canada here and the serpentine belt tensioner spring went. I can,t get the replacement assy from the Dodge Dealers so I checked around to all the parts suppliers and they don't have them listed. I found the part in the USA at NAPA parts online and it is common to all 318s with serpentine belts. sadly they do not ship to Canada and NAPA in Canada does not supply the part. Does anyone know where I can get this part in Canada or the USA or an alternative. Someone else with a 318 must have had the same problem. Thanks bob T

Message: Email me your info, the pn, etc.. I'll check locally, and have no problem mailing it to ya (just pay the freight and for the part).

Message: Man that's very hard to believe the dealer does
not stock or can't order the part.
I have a 92 full size Ram with 3.9 and walked into
the local dealership and bought one that day.
That was a year ago.
Something sounds very fishie!
