I don't think so. Part number for manual is 5249542, auto is 5249545, same for 4x2 and 4x4. The 92-93 model years had the same PCM for auto and manual, but that apparently changed in 94.

You should be able to find the right one pretty cheap at carparts.com. I got a '00 PCM for $80 a year or two ago, PCMs for the older trucks were even cheaper.
