and you are right.. no dakota r/t can come near the SRT-10's price tag.

My Dakota with wax that SRT Ram, I already have once. 93 Dakota CC with 426 Hemi running 11.24 @141.632mph. My R/T would probably out run the SRT too because it is pushing over 400hp now.

Hey Hemi Dakota i'm not disputing you have a fast truck but at 11.24 in the 1/4 mile your speed would be closer to 115-120 MPH not anywhere near 141 MPH unless you spun halfway down the track.

yes traction was a factor it was spinning all the way threw 2nd and then grabbed 3rd and it hooked up then. I was running on 255-70-15 street tires. I'm getting me some slicks for it soon.

Did ya know the first Viper (not production) had a twin turbo 360? Who needs a V-10 ? The Viper handles better with a 360 in it.

DUDE... actually it prob handles equally good w/ either engine. The vipers v10 has an aluminum block which means it prob doesnt weigh much more than the cast iron 360. besides, the weight distribution of the current viper is 48/52 (f/r), which is about the perfect weight bias for a rear wheel drive car, a lighter 360 would just throw all that out of whack.
