Message: I just bought a 93 dodge dakota ext. cab 4x4. There isn't anything wrong with the truck. I just wanted to know what's the knocking noise in the front suspension? It's not real bad noise it's a little loud when i am going slow and turning at the same time. Wondering if you could tell me what that is.
Thanx,
Josh

Message: I have a 93 dodge Dakota and it’s live through 2 wrecks. My fuse that goes to the dash lights, parking lights and ashtray light keeps blowing. If you know were I could get a wiring diagram for this truck it would be greatly appreciated. It’s V-6 magnum standard if that make any difference.
Thank,
John Clayton

Message: hey,
i as you know have a 93 dakota but haven't had such a ploblem but mine is a 2WD and is a standard. My dads a mechanic and he doesn't see how the transmition would cause the problem. from what you said he's thinking that it's probably suspention, tires, or something of that sort. he suggested a u joint or that sort of thing. Good Luck.

Message: Dustin, try to eliminate some variables with a tune up (plugs, cap, rotor, air filter, timing, ect.) Also check tire pressure. This stuff is cheap and easy to do and can help you pick up a few mpg. 4x4's carry alot of weight around. Any little bit helps.

Message: I have a 93 dakota and when i get between a 1/4 and a 1/2 a tank the truck i'll start to spuder and act as if it's taking in air or something. as the tank gets lower and lower the spudering gets worse and worse. by the time it's down to a 1/4 it's back firing. I have replaced plugs, filters, and used several different fuel additives hoping it was just bad gas. does anyone have any ideas? I need help.

Message: you people need to start your own posts. there is like 10 different questions, in one post. the only thing i can think of for the original question is: just make sure your drive shafts are both unbolted. and disconnect the 4x4 shift linkage. maybe its hung up on that. check the thing all over it for other kinds of connections.

Message: 1993 Dakota 4X4 318 Automatic. In winter weather it runs fine. As ambient temp gets warmer the truck just shuts off. It is now 75-80 degrees and the truck won't even start. My 91 and 93 are doing the same thing. No spark, no electric to the engine or components. All electric except what makes it run.
