I was just wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to mount a 5.7 Hemi in a Dakota without any major body or frame work. I'm trying to figure out why dodge doesn't offer the Hemi in a Dakota. I'm a Hemi freak myself and am just yearning to get a Hemi into my truck. All that power...Anywayz if anyone knows please cluse me in. Thanks

Well, I know it "can" be done. I know guy that put one in a gen III. Havent seen it but aparently it took some frame/firewall work.
Take that for what its worth.

Ya,,why are the hemi's dyno'ing like 250hp? I understand driveline loss,,,but that's close to a 100hp lost!
