 Subject: coolant leak

I have a 93 318 dakota that has a coolant leak around the heater port on the water pump. What seals that metal pipe inside the water pump and where can I find it? Autozone was no help.

It might be pressed in, you may have to replace the water pump.... check a replacement pump at AutoZone, see if its attached.... if not check with your local dealership...

It is not pressed in, the pipe is held by a bolt and can be pulled out.
