I had my 93 dodge dakota v8 auto 4x4 for 2 years now. Just noticed that the ABS relay and fuse are removed and the radiator fan relay is removed. Anyone know why this maybe ?

Most likely because they didn't work, and the previous woner didn't want the check engine light on when he sold it to you. Now you're stuck with big repair bills.
