 Subject: Engine code 205 and 121 (4.7L)

Having two engine codes come up simultaneously on a 100-mile trip. The engine code 121, I know is the throttle Position Sensor, and I can clean the TP up and get around that code, but code 205 seems like it's a fuel injector circuit code associated with the #5 cylinder injector. I added a bottle of injector cleaner, and 25 miles later, the code went away (or at least the dash light went off). the truck has 67,000 on it, and may be ready to look at the injectors. Any advice for self-servicing, or experience with this code? Any details would sure be helpful.
