i have a 2000 dakota qc, the muffler kinda broke due to michigans crappy roads.. i was j/w if i put on a flowmaster 40 single inlet dual outlet would there be enough back pressure and would this even sound good?

I have a 5.2 and I have a flowmaster 3" single out, and it sounds mean. The muffler guy said it would sound even meaner if I would've got dual out.
