Message: Refer to the standard issue V6 Dakota Sport for the majority of the info. The only differences in the wiring are the fan circuit, the throttle body temperature sensor, and the fog lights. For engine-specific info, see the manual for the '89 Dodge D150 pickup with 318...with exception of the O2 sensor, which is the same as V6 Dakota, and oil pan removal which is a BE-OTCH!!!
As for the air line, the thing that jumps out at me is the MAP sensor hose. It angles downward and around to the back to the TBI and fits the matching outlet in the base of the TBI, just above the intake manifold surface.

one goes to the map,one to the air breather[filter],one to the chrarcoal canister[large]
and one to the egr [i think]
and i don,t remember the other one
and theres one large in the rear on the tbi
that goes to the brake booster

Message: The 4 ports are for MAP sensor vacuum, canister purge, diverter valve, and heated air inlet. That is in order from left to right when looking at the front of the TBI. Got my front and back bass-ackwards.

Message: Mighty big talk for a walking mattress stain. It's not my fault you're mechanically inept. I"m costing you money? I haven't even sent out a bill so I'd say, the only thing costing you money is your double-digit IQ. Now go on, kick and cry because NOBODY is going to run in and do it for you. By the way, mine runs fine, and I figured it out long before there was anything on the internet about it. I understand your rant. You're nothing, so you attack someone who is the epitome of everything you'll never be. I won't be losing any sleep over it. Now suck on that.

Message: I have an 89 shelby dakota with a bad oil pan. We tried everything to stop the leaking on the bottom where we had a rust hole. Haven't been able to locate one. Any idea on a direct replacement or way to fix. I sent to a metal shop and still haven't been able to stop leaking.
