Subject: TPS adjust IP: Logged
Message: I keep hearing about this. how do you adjust it? From what I have heard you need about .99 volts going to it and what it does is "trick" the sensor to think the air is colder than it is so it makes the fuel/air mixture more dense which means better perf. I have a 97 5.2.

Message: The TPS is your Throttle Position Sensor which senses your throttle position and has nothing to do with air temperature.

Message: You CAN adjust your TPS, but unless you have throttle lag I'd leave it alone.
