is the stock electric fan enough to cool a 2000 4.7L by itself if i wire it to come on with the ignition? if so how do you take off the clutch fan, and also how hard is it to change the thermostat out to a 180 degree and where is it? any help would be appreaciated.

electric fan, yes if it isnt 100 degrees out...
T-stat- bottom radiator hose attached to block with two 8mm bolts. Bottom left of radiator if facing windshield, lower right if in drivers seat
