That code is the Crank Position Sensor.

Yes, it's a very easy fix for the dealer. It's not real common but, it does happen and it's not unique to the 4.7L engine.

This is going to sound weird but, sometimes when the crank position sensor gets flaky, you can unplug the connector and plug it back in and the engine will start.
