 Subject: 93 5.2 trans makes a noise help

my truck is a 93 5.2 single cab short bed and when im on the high way when i let off the gas from going 75 or so it makes a grinding noise it only last about 2 seconds it only does it once in awile its seems to be under the seat in the trans any idea what is wrong

Mine does it too. 93 318 short/short. I can't figure it out for the life of me.
I have replaced every piece of the drive line in the past year(to upgrade not to find the grinding.) The only thing i have not replaced is the tranny mount, and it will be replaced in spring. I will let you know.
If you find a cure please tell me.
