 Subject: Dual Exhaust Appt.

I just setup an appt. to have a dual exhaust system installed. I chose the magnaflow muffler. The tech said they have two configurations, short muffler and long muffler. Shorter is louder and longer or closer to stock. That was there description. Does anyone have the long or short version and how do they sound and perform. I am going to use the magnaflow just unsure of the long or short.

i went long on the stock pipe, kept it 2.5 single out with a tip. Nice and quiet unless you put a foot into it. Sounds great works great also.

I have a 03 QC w/5.9L. I have installed Gibson headers with Dual Sport exhaust. Awesome sound at any speed. Day after install, spanked a BMW 325.
