Subject: Off Road use only IP: Logged
Message: is a set of headers that is mandated as "for off road use only" declared that just because of emissions or is there something else that makes them declared that?

Message: Anything that doesn't meet govt standards for emissions or whatever has to be sold as "off road" only. For example, if you buy brighter headlights 80/100 watt, they will say the same thing. In the case of the headers, emissions is the key.

Message: Yep. Chances are you would still meet standards anyway. It just means they didn't spend the money to do the testing.
