What would cause my 5.2 to ping and run a little rough at a low RPM in overdrive? Tried higher octane gas & a tune up and it didn't help.

You may be missing spark in one of the cylinders. Check your plugs and when you're done make sure the boots are all on snug. If they're ok then go after the wires or other electical problems. Toss in some fuel injector cleaner while you're at it , it couldn't hurt. Just ideas.

Had it happen a while back, it turned out to be a bad injector. Go to www.fiveomotorstort.com
you can but a whole set for about the same price as one from MOPAR. And they will be matched for better performance. Never installed them before, but it was easy and only took me about an hour. If you are heavily modified, call them and ask about the 24# pink injectors. If your not, stay with the 19's or you'll loose response between 2000 and 3000rpm's.

Yea, Just take off the two bolts holding each fuel rail, remove the electrical connection, then wiggle them side to side to release the o-rings. Then pull the injectors out(make sure the o-rings come out, if not you'll have to get a pick or small screwdriver to remove them). Then just put some oil on the new o-rings and put it back together the same way. When I got the injectors off, i turned on the key to make the fuel pump purge the trash out of the rails(all kinds of sh%t came out). If you do this, make sure the engine is COLD, because gas will hit the exhaust manifolds.

Good luck
