Message: hate to tell ya the bad news but the 4.7 has 3 chains in the timing set. one chain from the crank to the idlers. one chain for the left cam that connects to the idler and one chain for the right cam that connects to the idles. so have fun tryin to find a chain set. i dont recall anyone making them but i havent shopped around in a while.

Message: yep CT they are Kenne Bell shorty headers with Jet Hot Coating. got them from Kenne Bell and cant really remember the cost

Message: Is there a tention take up for this timing chain set. I've got slack in mines from replacing my rocker arms and I can't get it back on time for nothin. That one bit of slack is killin my engine and I've never broken a 4.7 with chains down.

Message: there are three tensioners. there should be no slack. You gotta take off the timing cover to reset or replace the tensioners
