1999 Dodge Dakoda 4x4 5.2 Automatic
Between idle and 3000 rpms it's a pig.
It's been like this since new.

Dodge told me this is how it's suposed to perform.

Does anyone know if this is true?

Is there anything I can do to get better performance from idle to 3000 rpm?
