Is anyone running this cam?

216/224-507/507 114 Very strong strip/blower cam for stock Magnum heads or customers who already have 1.7 roller rockers. Requires valvesprings, PCM, ignition, gears and stall. Excellent 408 camshaft. Has produced 400 rear wheel horsepower in 10 psi supercharged 360's
Basically im looking to run in the low 12's high 11's on a budget.

Its also a 1998 RC r/t with a 2000 r/t motor. Weights in at 4040 lbs
What are my different options im stuck in a rut!
Also how much HP is needed to accomplish low 12's
Should i add bolt ons to this motor or work on the other r/t block i have laying around.
