Message: hmmmm. Do you ride with your hand resting on the shifter or even worse, do you yank on the shifter while driving and going through the gears? Sounds like either the shift fork rail, the shift fork or the groove in the synchro that the shift fork rides in is worn or maybe they all are.

Message: If you need to rebuild here is a site that sells manuals:
http://www.levelten.com/store/chry/chry_techmanuals.htm
a site that sells some performance transmission products:
http://www.thefastman.com/Transmission.asp
You will need a business liscense but a cheap site to buy rebuild kits for your trannsy:
http://www.delta-transparts.com
