Subject: need some cam help IP: Logged
Message: goen to be doen some major mods to the motor this next winter. getten all the pars lined up. have a 98 5.2 dakota. have the r/t heads, and worken on getting a 4 inch stroker - pistons - rods adn goen to be looken at cames to go with that combo. not looken for somethen taht is goen to be insane but just somethen that is goen to make this motor come to life. have headers and low flow cats. looken to get the m1 intake for it to. but i just need some info on what to get for a cam. dont know if the r/t cam is goen to work well with all that or not. trying to keep compression below 9.5:1. 10:1 the most. has to be able to run premium. having custom coputer made by jett. some suggestions on lift and duration. what ratio rockers to work with that. thanks
