I have multiple problems with my 1996 5.2l dakota. When I got the truck it wasn't taking care of very well and it has a laundry list of problems. It only as 95,000 mile on it.
1. When driving it sounds like marbles rolling around in a metal can. Seems like it is coming from the transfer case but it is hard to tell.
2. It will not engage into 4wd.
3. Sometimes when putting it into drive or reverse it will make a loud cluck and slightly jerk the truck.
4. Also it sometimes stalls when turning corners at low speeds.
5. The last thing is I replaced the MAP sensor in it and I can't get the 12 code to clear even after 50 starts.
