 Subject: 01 QC 4.7 upgrade

I am about to embark on a upgrade project on my 01 Dak Quad Cab
Drop it with a good 3-2 kit.
18" wheel/tire package
swap the 4.7 for a new 5.6 Hemi
swap the auto trans for a 5 or 6 speed tranny
Any thoughts or suggestions before I start?
Does anyone know of a shop in Southern Calif that could do these upgrades?

Making a show car? This vehicle will be illegal for use on public roadways in CA. Talk to the emissions people before making major drivetrain changes.
