Mines a 2000 CC Intense Blue R/T. The Amber "Fire" has got to be the "coolest" color. No pun intended.

The stats are on these forums somewhere I believe. As for Solar yellow being the rarest, in my area, I have seen 2 Intense Blue (1 CC and 1 RC) 1 RC Amber Fire, 1 CC White, 5 Flame Red (2 CC and 3 RC), 2 CC Silver, 4 Solar Yellow (3 CC and 1 RC) and alot of Black R/T's (one RC owned by my friend's father). I'd definately say Amber Fire is the rarest, and I believe it only had a 1 year run, as opposed to the Solar Yellows 2 year run.

I own a 99 Deep Amythest Pearl. I have never seen another Dak in this color, only a few Durangos.

I think the Amythest is the rarest. It's either the Amythest or the Amber Fire. I've seen 2 Ambers in person. I've only seen one Amythest. I can't count the number of Fire Red's I've seen. I've seen several White R/T's.

Well just got back and the R/T was in stock mint condition so I took her home. Got it at Sam Swope
GMC in louisville, KY.
2000 Amber Fire CC r/t every option including the power seats and steering will radio controls. Runs like a dream. Worlds apart from my old v6.

Forgot the Amythest, it was actually between a Amythest RC and a Solar Yellow CC when I got mine, but I couldn't see myself in a purple truck (like yellow is much better) and I wanted the back seat of a club cab.

Believe it or not I get a lot of positive compliments about the deep amythest pearl. It looks almost bluish during the day and a deep purple at night. At first I thought, oh man purple, but it is actually a nice color.

My boss had a deep amythest pearl on his Durango, it was the only one I ever saw.
2 of my friends have Amber fire Dakota Quad Cabs, sweet color. These are the only 2 I have seen in QC form.

I was surfing the net 2 weeks ago and found an R/T page that listed the number of R/T's produced. It also broke down the number of CC's, RC's, and colors for each year. I can't find it now for the life of me. I should have saved it in my favorites. I'm still loking...........

Shark Blue is also a pretty rare color. Ive only seen one dakota with that color. I don't think they made any RTs int that color at all.
