Message: Hey ya'll.. does anyone know what I have to cut or trim off of the front fender/wheel wells in order to fit wider tires, specifically P275-60R18s?

Message: Well, time for a tire lesson. My 2002 SLT came with 265/65/16's. They are 10.5"wide. The 275's you want are 10.8" wide. Almost no difference width between my factory tire and your aftermarket.
The diameter difference isn't that significant either. Your 275/60/18's are 31" diameter/tall.
My 265/65/16's are 29.6" diameter/tall. 31-29.6=1.4". The distance from the center of the wheel to the outer edge of the tire is half that 1.4" or less than 3/4". If the offset of your aftermarket rims match the offset of the factory sport rims then you should have no problem.
The only way they will hit your fender skirts is if they don't have the correct offset on the rims. They might rub slightly on the inside side wall if you turn the wheel lock to lock. A much safer bet would be a 275/55/18.
