I was just wondering if anyone could give me any information about where I could buy some fog lamps to mount in my dakota because it's a basic model that didn't offer any. And what kind of job it is or if it's even possible. I would greatly appreciate any info.

goofing around on ebay and found 'Blazer Tech' two different 4" models: 3200 and 2200. For those who already have them but need better bulbs(factory crap 35w), I found a pair(55w) at one of those automotive gadget/accessory shops in the mall. Just brought in the bulb and he matched it up with a pair in his junk drawer. A cheep upgrade but the lenses are meant for fog (and mounted a little low for anything else). might buy a light bar and extra lights to get them at the same level as the regular driving lights.

I have a pair of PIAA fog/driving lights. I don't know what I did without them. I have one of the newer models that has a pair of lights in one housing, one for driving(very bright), and a set for fog. The fog light part uses a special bulb that has amber ions in it so you lose no light to an amber lense. I got an airdam with the holes for fog lights and put them in. Not overly complex at all, just decisions to make.

I have some fog lights off of a 97 dak. I have both lights and the switch. All of the wires are cut off about 6 inches after the plugs. They are used and have some very small stress fractures in the front of the light. Email if you are interested in buying them. mdkid@hotmail.com
