Subject: Intake bolt torque spec?

Message:
Does anyone know the torque spec for the intake manifold and plenum cover for a 93 5.2L? I'm replacing the failed plenum cover gasket this weekend and I want to make sure I don't make anything worse.

Accordning to the service manual:

intake bolts are 12ft-lbs each and the plenum bolts are 10ft-lbs

make sure you tighten them from the inside to the outside taking several 2 or 3 passes to get to those torque otherwise it will leak.

Thanks! But, what do you mean by inside to out? Do you mean to start nearest to the TB and work out to the water pump and distributor?
