 Subject: V8 TB on V6

I can't get a respond from the v6 board..so ill try here...does anyone know on my 94 3.9 auto dak if i have to change the throttle cable on my dak by getting a 318 tb from the junkyard to switch my old one to the v8 one?

Yes, you do have to change it.

If you get a early 94, or a 93TB (depending if it's a 94 1/2 or a 94)-- you have either a banana style (known as 95 linkage), or a round ball style.
(If it's the round ball style (circa 92-early 94) you do not need to change the throttle cable-- as that linkage style is the same as all 92-up V6.)
