Message: I need some ideas as to where my coolant is leaking from pn my 94 dak w/ 5.2L. This happens only during the spring and fall when the temperature outside is just above freezing. The truck is not overheating. I have to add coolant at least once a week during this time. I notice collant dripping off the top of the rad lip. I have had the rad pressure tested at 2 shops and it was fine. I changed the cap and the problem was worse so I went back to the original cap. Any ideas on what to do now?

Message: mine is starting to do it now that it's getting cold out...the only other time i had to add coolant was when i first bought it...my guess is theres a crack in one of the heads and when it gets cold out the metal doesnt expand as much when it's running?...just a guess...

Message: My guess is the cap you bought was bad also. Try another one.

Message: I bought and tried 2 caps. I'll go straight to dodge this time and try a true mopar cap. not a knock off.
